California Independent Living Needs Survey

The State Independent Living Council (SILC) and the Department of Rehabilitation invite you to complete the California Independent Living Needs Assessment Survey. These organizations request your help in learning more about the independent living needs of people with disabilities in California. Your answers to the questions will help identify the barriers and unmet service needs that keep persons with disabilities from using existing services. Responses to the survey are confidential.
